obj_uiZ_loadingcircle

A primitive based loading circle. Exists out of 2 animations:

  • An opening animation, creating a circle.
  • An closing animation, destroying that circle.

After these animations have been finished the opening animation will start over.

Property variables

  • color[c_black]: The color of the loading circle.
  • precision[50]: How "smooth" the circle should be. The higher this number, the smoother the circle. Anything above 20 looks good while you can't see any differences anymore with anything above 50. This number indicates how many points the circle exists of. a value of 4 would give a square.
  • thickness[4]: How many pixels thick the circle should be.
  • countspeed[0.5]: How long in seconds one animation should take.
  • graph1[uiz_acceldecel]: The circle creation animation.
  • graph2[uiz_quadratic_in]: The circle disappearance animation.

Functions

  • uiz_loadingcircle_setcolor(instanceid,color):
    • instanceid: the instance id of the instance you want to modify
    • color[c_black]: the color of the loading circle
  • uiz_loadingcircle_setprecision(instanceid,precision):
    • instanceid: the instance id of the instance you want to modify
