Working group status updates
- Units and Magnitudes Phil: Has addressed all PR comments. Needs to fix CI errors.
- Addresses and Locations (Rebecca, Michael, Dan, Dylan, Peter) Dan: Finishing draft of user instructions to go with the release. OWL file ready for PR. Will have AddresssUsageType class but not instances. Instructions will provide suggested values. Presenting on next gist Forum.
- Infrastructure (Colton leading, Boris, Jamie)
  - Integrate undefined concepts into bundling
  - Boris has a PR for subclass assertions
  - Will Boris finish implementation of versioning ontology
    - Michael: may need updates for magnitudes
Triage issues for 13.0.1

Everyone: If you are not in favor of isOfferOf for Issue #528: isOfferOf, bring a concrete proposal for another predicate, either new or existing.
Rebecca to create issue for migration scripts and assign to Colton.
