• Rebecca to take a pass at updating the release documentation, then run it by Borislav Iordanov for review. NOT DONE.

• Rebecca Younes to give Borislav Iordanov merge privileges to protected branches. DONE

• Discussion topics

• Focus on Dan Carey's presentation of a revised model of geo-regions, geo-political entities, and governments (issue #215).

• We should plan to release 11.0.0 at the end of December or January. Needs to include:

  • Numerous smaller issues on the project board (we can pare these down if necessary).

• Issue #215: Country and CountryGovernment
  • Dan to draft OWL file with proposed changes and attach to issue.
  • Michael to compose document summarizing the issues, points of agreement, points of disagreements, and arguments for and against each of the latter. Will review with Rebecca before attaching to the issue.
  • Rebecca to notify Ontologists group that we will discuss the issue one more time at next meeting but will not review the substance of the proposal. Those not familiar with the model should review the attached documents, and if they cannot attend the next meeting should add their comments to the issue.
