Discussion topics
- Next release - need to check to see if we have enough changes to warrant a release in the near future.
- Proposal for fast-tracking some small issues
  - Example: Issue 607: Definition of gist:isRecognizedBy
  - Conclusion: Issues can be labeled status: fast track. These should generally be limited to annotation changes. Deprecations should not be included because they entail a future major change (deletion).
- Submodule for common functionality in SA repos (gist, sub-gists, clients, other (e.g., versioning and operators) - Not discussed
Working group status updates
- Units and magnitudes: (Michael, Phil, Jamie, Dave)
  - Jamie has a suggestion related to Phil's reference data proposal he wants to run by Dave.
  - Phil is doing a sample implementation of his proposal in Spark.
  - This can be reimplemented if the team decides on a different model.
- Status update on #949: Cull outdated issues from the repository (Michael, Peter, Jim). Still in progress.

- Issue #968: Definition of gist:Category
- Unit symbols: #531: Rename to extend domain and #959: Clarify meanings
- Issue #771: Date predicates that are neither start nor end
- IoT issues: #729: Create separate IOT ontology and #462: Remove sensor-related terms
- #Issue 385: Drop gist:Artifact

Michael to review issues on 12.1.0 project board and add fast-track tags and move to to-do column where appropriate. Anyone can assign themselves to one of these issues and submit a PR.
