Discussion topics
- Any volunteers for this task: review old issues in chronological order and cull those that are no longer relevant (probably a lot).
- Michael and Peter volunteered to work on it together. Created issue #949.
- Should changes in reasoning that "no one cares about" be a major or minor release?
- Mark/Rebecca: Major
- Mark: bug fixes are patch changes regardless of reasoning changes
- Michael: Our new approach creates inconvenience in having to address the issue twice
- Mark: There should be a step in the release that deletes the deprecated terms and makes corresponding adjustment
- Decision was made to adjust the deprecation and release process as documented in issue #948.

Working group status updates
- Units and magnitudes: Michael and Phil are working together, no meeting has been called yet. Michael has proposed a merge of the various proposals. Michael wants Phil and him to come to agreement before convening a group meeting.
