Shared new OCT to be tested. Works on license protection. Will look at new models that fail (due to pump) in January.
No activity, will be picked up in January again.
Works on stiffness detection for users; in the future this may allow switching some variables automatically to LIQSS.
Update to MSL 4.0.0.
Update to Dymola 2022x.
Buildings 9 release target for January or February, with EnergyPlus 9.6 and Spawn 0.3.x on Ubuntu 20.04.
