Minutes

Refactoring room air balance

Kyle and Mark to work on room refactoring, OK for Amir.

Kyle commented out all calls to HVAC, airflow network and sizing. Code is on his kbenne github account. It appears that all idf files are working as free floating.

Next will be to make nodes working and working towards API from Spring 2016.

Edwin to discuss with Kyle whether access to nodes is really needed.

Heat conduction implementation

Set up library for response factors based on temperature impulse, as base line for reversing causality. Next will be to put heat flux impulse and then look at temperature response.

OS to Modelica translation

No activity because of refocus on refactoring.

Buildings API

Jianjun works on parsing with ANTLR that will be used to extract annotations.

Scalable benchmark model

Pull request was issued. Needs review.

FMI-QSS

No activity/update.

General

From now on, start meeting at 8:15 to 9:00.

New action items

None.

Previous action items

  1. Amir to decide on whether Kyle and Mark should work on room model refactoring.
  2. Amir to check whether minimum viable product go/no-go date is 8/30 (as in LBNL AOP) or 9/15 (as in ORNL AOP). -- This has been removed from sharepoint.
  3. Jianjun to make pull request for scaleable benchmark models. -- Pull request made, waiting for yesterday.
  4. Thierry to compile new requirements for FMI-QSS and coordinate with Modelon.
