Survey Resources
For SecureDrop, FPF is currently limited to a Wagtail forms "hack," for surveys.
LimeSurvey is a self-host-able OSS and PITA survey tool to manage, and if you provide Nina or Bernard with enough bourbon we could talk your ear off about how much we hate it. Don't even get Erik started! However, it does offer skip-logic, and some basic question formats, that imho (cough, nina here!) would make it worth it. Tor and Qubes OS both use it, as a testament to its security-kosherness.
- Surveys That Work Treeware & expensive, but WORTH IT.

- A personal favorite of mine (Nina's) to establish focus and create the most value
- Nielsen Norman guide to writing survey questions
Most of these examples have been tested in research, and proven to deliver good results. ALL of these resources have been made public as examples of best practices, and on the hosted tools are available for re-use... so while there's no Creative Commons or other open-source permissioning, it's been a standard practice in the UX community for years to amply re-use these questions.
