Summary of Research

Question

What are the intern's perceived value of the weekly intern standup meetings?

Purpose

We will be administering weekly surveys to assess what interns are getting out of the daily standup sessions and how these sessions can be improved.

Methods

Survey--combination of quantitative and qualitative questions.

Current Status

• This survey was administered once during 2022 and there are four responses in the survey link (see Assets below).
• Next steps involve creating a detailed (internal) research plan and creating a survey for every week for the future internship cohort.

• Review the 4 responses collected in 2022 and see if they bring any value to the research plan
• Research Plan: Design a research plan either retroactively based on the existing survey or start a new research plan that can be incorporated into the future cohorts
