sensitivity_section.m

Plots.sensitivity_section is an alternative to plots.view_sensitivity.

Specifically, plots.sensitivity_section make 2d cross-sections of stimulation and recording sensitivity profiles and shows the mesh at the section plane for context.

Syntax:

• -chan [id] or -elec [id]: set channel/electrode to visualise
• -z [1.875 mm] location of transverse section plane
• -z 'auto' uses the maximum extracellular potential
• -y [0 mm] location of longitudinal section plane (from fascicle centers)
• -roi [0.2 mm] - size of transverse view
