make_SPARC_subject.m

tools.make_SPARC_subject generates ~/primary/<input> (for char inputs e.g. sub-1/sam-2/run-3) or ~/primary/sub-%d/ (for int inputs), generates empty axons/, eidors/, waves/, stim/, and thresholds/ folders, and generates readme files for all of the above.
tools.make_SPARC_subject can also be called by calling tools.file('make', ... ). See tools.file.
tools.make_SPARC_subject is part of package +tools
