preview_layout.m

preview visualisation for the output of models.electrode_array, which is used by mesh.insert_gmsh_electrodes and models.nerve_anatomy. Part of package +plots.

Shows and numbers each electrode. This visualisation can be modified using the following flags:

• -t Transpose
• -o Show electrode carrier outline (uses opts.array.CarrierOutline and optionally opts.array.CarrierOutline2 or default values from (Payne 2020)
