Update TMOv2 for new key

We added an extra key to the TMOv2 PCB.
This change adds that key to the firmware.

Additionally, bootmagic lite are enabled for AN_C and Chimera65

This adds the new key to Configurator's layout data. I'll update the default keymap over there to match when this is merged.
