Description
We now have early initialisation capability when using ChibiOS as the base HAL.
Certain boards within the codebase have modified ChibiOS board files which do things like configuring RTC and setting up DMA remapping -- this PR migrates them to use early initialisation instead, freeing up the ability to use the base ChibiOS board definitions rather than keeping copies inside QMK. This also simplifies ChibiOS upgrades, as each file no longer needs to be kept in sync.
