[bug] fix git safe dir error

What this PR does / why we need it:

Refer to actions/checkout#760, concept of safe directory was instroduced to git in https://github.blog/2022-04-12-git-security-vulnerability-announced/

Currently e2e-test in github actions fails for it:

+++ git rev-parse HEAD
fatal: unsafe repository ('/opt/src' is owned by someone else)
To add an exception for this directory, call:

	git config --global --add safe.directory /opt/src

As its output advise, add an exception for dir /opt/src before calling git rev-parese HEAD.

It seems that other repo under openyurtio also encountered the same problem, like openyurtio/raven-controller-manager#10
