Yesterday: Progress on Qubes templates! Implemented feedback from Mickael & Josh on https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop-workstation/pull/155. Now have working end-to-end decryption on Qubes, with Debian-based templates. On the Weblate front, got the services with the prod club database imported.

Today: Plan to close SDW 155 and submit a surrogate PR resolving a few of the outstanding template tasks. On the Weblate front, working on backups (confident can accomplish today) as well as Mailgun API integration (may slip to next week).

Blockers: None.

Yesterday: S3 buckets are ready to-go… (took a little longer than anticipated to square off some permissions issues .. again ). If anyone needs reprovisioning let me know (i suspect all three members do).

Today: Nested virt in CI

Blockers: Stil blocked on next steps in s3 RPM story. Do I hand that over to SD team to figure out the upload logic? I can build it out but i need larger discussion with the team to stay in sync. I’m working on other stuff until we convene.
