  1. Add an item to the menu to copy the transaction hash
  2. Don't show the View on block explorer option when it's not configured.

When there's no block tracker URL

Removing Android label as there is no option on Android yet. @jamesmudgett let me know if you need a Android specific issue created for this for implementing it in future?
