Summary:

This PR contains several more type fixes following #1474:

• ImageUploader deduped and parameter type fixed
• Some stories moved to modern Storybook types (allowing us to eliminate some manual component prop type declarations). See docs.
• question type on ItemEditor properly typed as PerseusRenderer type
