Reproduced, fix postphoned in favor of the launcher rewrite and 64bit support

If crashes because of your old data directory, starting with a clean empty one works.

  1. Press edit profile
    image
  2. Tick Data Directory checkbox
    image
  3. press ...
    image
  4. Select or create a empty folder for the game data of the profile
  5. Press save
  6. Launch it and it may or may not work
  7. Not a Launcher bug anymore, it's a bug of the Game

Yes, its hell unstable.

  • You may go offline to start the game, if you reach the title screen you are safe

It worked without change direction but i need to be offline when i start the game from the launcher! Thanks for the help ChristopherHX

Newer beta's (1.16.0.61) are again stable enought, please don't blame while using buggy betas.
