Subscribe to the W3C calendar for WPWG where join information is available.
The WPWG as a whole meets every other Thursday at 10:00 ET, which is 14:00 UTC or 15:00 UTC depending on daylight savings time.
- The irc channel for the working group is #wpwg on irc.w3.org. You can use the W3C IRC Web client if you don't have an IRC client.

In general, the Chairs and staff contact build the agenda.
Group participants are also invited to send agenda requests to the group's mailing list with the subject starting "agenda+".
We try to finalize the agenda no later than 24 hours before the meeting. If there is no agenda 24 hours before the meeting, the staff contact generally cancels the meeting.
All agendas are sent to the group's public list
Minutes are generally made public immediately. However, participants may request that they remain in Member-only space for review for a few days.
The URI of the minutes will be published immediately after the meeting on the public list and linked to the Github wiki.
People can comment on the minutes on email. Comments should (but not must) be limited to the following cases: a. Where the commenter has been misquoted or under-quoted. b. Where the commenter had said something that was missed in the minutes.
On the following telcon, it will still be possible to comment on the minutes, but discussion without first having sent email will be frowned on ☹.
