Payment Method Identifiers

• Proposed changes to PMI spec. Adrian updated since last week, including a tweak in intro to section 3 of PMI spec to clarify how PMI is used
• QUESTION: When a PMI URL is malformed (i.e., has a query string or fragment id), should the user agent throw it out and not match at all, or simply throw out the query string and fragment id but consider the URL for matching?

Payment Method Manifest Specification

• See Manifest Proposal, by Max based on Zach's initial work. Max took an action to work with Zach to put together a plan for advancing this specification.
• Action from last week: Zkoch to include mention of HTTP Linkers for addressing payment manifest files

Test Suite check-in

• Testers spoke this week. Stan is going to work on writing some tests and getting the testing framework running. We will meet again on 14 Feb.
