SameSite changes and payments

• With the stable release of Chrome 80 in February, Chrome began enforcing secure-by-default handling of third-party cookies as part of our ongoing effort to improve privacy and security across the web.
• This has an impact on 3DS implementations.
• See Chrome issue on SameSite and 3DS
• Changes are being temporarily rolled back due to COVID-19.
• We will discuss these changes with Google.
