@alexander-held has properly noted that depending on use feedback this is perhaps too invasive. So hold off on adding this to the release checklist.

The amount of information in here is pretty dense, given that this is a whole year of development. I'm going for trying to promote the things that a user would care about in "Important Notes" and then expanding on them and adding technical notes and additions that a developer would care about in the other sections.
