RC Test: Circuit Construction Kit: DC & Virtual Lab 1.0.0-rc.1

In #51 (comment) @phet-steele indicated we are ready for CCK RC. In phetsims/circuit-construction-kit-dc#166 @mattpen and I published the following links:

Test Matrix

DC and DC Virtual Lab use the same SHAs so if maintenance needs to be performed, it can be performed on both.

Please also verify

• stringTest=double (all strings doubled)
• stringTest=long (exceptionally long strings)
• stringTest=X (short strings)
• stringTest=rtl (right-to-left)
• stringTest=xss (test passes if sim does not redirect, OK if sim crashes or fails to fully start)
• showPointerAreas (touchArea=red, mouseArea=blue)
• Full screen test
• Screenshot test
• iframe test

If any new issues are found, please note them in https://github.com/phetsims/circuit-construction-kit-common/issues and reference this issue.

This is the first RC test for Circuit Construction Kit: DC or Virtual Lab, so I presume it will need "the works", please add checkboxes for additional tests as necessary.

Also assigning @ariel-phet for prioritization and scheduling and to see if there is anything else to add to this issue.
