RC.1 completed in #55 and we identified the following issues to solve for RC.2 (linked below):

Each of the 4 fixes was minimal, so exhaustive testing should not be necessary.

Assigning @ariel-phet for prioritization and scheduling and to see if there is anything else to add to this issue. Cross-assigning to @phet-steele so he is aware and to create any appropriate test matrices or other materials.
