Published here, reassigning to @arouinfar to add metadata:

Also, when this goes public is it going to take up another spot in the "new" section? Are we ready to bump Projectile Motion out of the new 3?

@arouinfar perhaps you should wait to hear from @kathy-phet or @ariel-phet on the preceding point before making this public.

Thanks @samreid! I will take care of the metadata and such.

The three newest sims (based on original publication date) will occupy the highlighted section on New Sims, so Virtual Lab will bump Projectile Motion. However, Projectile Motion will still have the "New!" banner and viewable on the New Sims page.

I imagine that @mattpen would need to do some work to keep Virtual Lab out of the top 3 new sims, and I'm not sure it's worth it.

I should have everything ready to go in ~30 minutes, but will hold off on making Virtual Lab visible until I hear from @ariel-phet or @kathy-phet to confirm that this should be a "business as usual" publication.

I would agree with business as usual. There have already been 300,000 uses of projectile motion so its off to a great start.

Thanks @kathy-phet. Virtual Lab is now visible. 🎉

I'll send out the internal announcement email shortly.
