Add propagator option for gRPC instrumentation #986

Currently, there is no way to set up an exclusive propagator for gRPC instrumentation, except using the global propagator.

Here is the scenario, I like to use B3 propagator to be compatible with other tracing systems, which should only affect gRPC header. But using a global propagator will influence all propagators.

So I add options for gRPC instrumentation to achieve this.
