BACK in a column header in the CSV means that the counters below that header can have two sides. To make a specific counter actually have two sides there must also be a y or yes or x in the cell for that row in that column. This means it can be controlled per counter if it will have a back generated or not.

(Note: For backwards compatibility it is also possible to use the word BACK in a cell below the header to enable the second side of that counter. That is the only word that worked before version 2.1.)

Backs of counters are automatically positioned to mirror the fronts, so that the two sheets can be glued to the opposite sides of eg a sheet of cardboard and have all the counters match up properly.
