- Refer to the Pilot creation issue on the Project Board.
- Review existing Project Pilots: Specific Role Recruitment, LinkedIn. Create a list of questions to review with team in order to continue pilot progress.
- Coordinate with Special Projects team member to brainstorm support strategies.
- Review Project Initiatives and OKRs and choose a project to build out.
