Overview

Implement necessary Pilot Programs for HfLA implementation.

Action Items

  • Ideate possible Pilot Programs
  • Review Programs with team and Executive Director
  • Finalize Pilot Programs
  • Create Milestones for each Pilot and build required process
  • Track Milestones process and set timelines for implementation

We started the framework for several Pilot milestones that can be found in the link cited above. Each Pilot could benefit from its own designated team or "champion". It also might be appropriate to add more Pilots as this program begins to build itself out.

We wont be using milestones. We will need to decide on the tracking methodology we are going to use
