We want to be able to connect new volunteers with opportunities and to define scope and interest for roles.
When a new project comes online, we will post a role description publicly on the website with details about the role along with the need capacity. Furthermore, we can post these roles on our outreach platforms/sites to expand awareness as well.
Developing a defined scope for all roles will provide a clear structure and direction for recruiting from the proper pipelines. This process will be built upon in the Specific Role Recruitment Pilot.
