Meeting Notes - March 1, 2022 @ 4:15pm

• Attendees: Julia Caffrey-Hill, Ranti Junus, Cary Gordon, Meng Qu, Jerry Yarnetsky, Derek Zoladz

• Social events: Will add buttons on the schedule as they become available. Will contact chair for details.

• Peri conference update

  • Jerry will split remaining accessibility questions into Github issues
  • Plan rollout of during-conference state of the site by March 15

• Front page buttons

  • Can paywall act as registration button for the conference?
  • Keep register now button
  • Remove sponsor button
  • remove slides button for OSF slide upload? Do speakers get directions for slide uploading.

• Remaining github issues

  • Letting enhancement ideas slide, but might tackle if time exists

• During conference day

  • Julia and Ranti will help with during conference monitoring, especially Tuesday afternoon when Derek unavailable.

  • Derek will take care of post-conference linking of videos
