Action.refresh() for Switch in Example does not work #1729

Version

react-native-router-flux v3.38.0
react-native v0.42.2

Expected behaviour

In the Example, clicking the 'Switch!' button would switch between scenes with keys of 'text1' and 'text2'.

Actual behaviour

Only scene with 'text1' is ever displayed.

Steps to reproduce

Load up the example
Click 'Go to switcher page'
Click 'Switch!' - current page always says 'text1'...never 'text2'

I believe this is an issue with the Switch component when the Actions.refresh() method is called for the 'switcher' scene...

I tried to work around this by changing line 101 in Example js from:

selector={() => { return 'text1'; }}

to:

selector={() => { return currentSwitchPage; }}

But that instead causes an error stating 'A scene for key "text2" does not exist." when the 'Switch!' button is tapped.
