As title.
Removing bootstrapping boxes as:

• It doesn't work (think it needs to be done after the yarn build), and it doesn't fail due to missing set -e flags.
• It isn't needed? We only need to bootstrap what's needed to get a working dev env for running tests.

I'm not too bothered if bootstrap is 'build everything' (re disabling boxes, might be good to look into that) as then issues get reported early, but LGTM

All benchmarks are run on txs on the Benchmarking contract on the repository. Each tx consists of a batch call to create_note and increment_balance, which guarantees that each tx has a private call, a nested private call, a public call, and a nested public call, as well as an emitted private note, an unencrypted log, and public storage read and write.

Values are compared against data from master at commit 23d1e2d3 and shown if the difference exceeds 1%.
