[Gutenberg] Include initial changes of 1.72.0

This PR includes all changes that have been made during the time when GB-mobile release version 1.72.0 was put on hold.

Changes:

• Update gesture handler and reanimated libraries gutenberg-mobile#4615
• Use android artifacts for react-native libraries in react-native-bridge gutenberg-mobile#4636

All changes introduced in this PR have been already tested via their PRs.
