WebPack to Vite (support latest node.js version) & Added github teams page

This PR updates the framework & adds the team page of "svsticky".

Changes:

• removed isomorpic fetch dependency (for the built in fetch in modern javascript)
• removed all web pack configurations for vite as build tool. The webpack configuration did not support the latest Node.js version anymore.
• added a page named "Teams", where all members of the github svsticky are displayed. This page controls who is visible: https://github.com/orgs/svsticky/people. All public members of ’svsticky’ are displayed.
• I have started changing some class components to functional components

New issues:
[] Currently, the image poster of the team is loaded as a static asset. Ideally, this would be done via Contentful.
[] The snow update from last week is not yet present in this branch

It would be nice if someone from the ITcrowd would double check whether all connections with contentful persists based on the deployment keys. The same applies for running the radio on other computer.
