In #111, we introduced a team page. The goal was to show off who is in the CommITCrowd.

The PR was merged because it contained lots of good improvements, but we didn't quite agree yet on what should actually be displayed on the teams page. Thus, in a later commit we removed this page from the state machine: it is never displayed.

We should now decide what we want. Do we want to display who is in the CommITCrowd? Either finish the code, or remove it.
