While GJ.1.2.2 has been designated with S:T478R and Orf9b:I5T it was misplaced in GJ.1.2.1 tree so likely we didnt see it for that reason. But super interesting lineage with 3 mutations to Cysteine in the NSP2 and NSP3 via cov-lineages/pango-designation@18177cf

Branch 9 seems now growing at 22 and with 3/36 samples from Philippines it seems to have a relevant share there.
