Request For Proposals (RFP)

  • The Committee or ecosystem partners can post an RFP into the Discussions area of this Github repo.
  • Community members, other partners, Working Group members, and Committee Members may ask for clarifications or modifications.
    • These should be made to the original post as requested.
  • Interested parties follow the proposal process outlined above, linking to the RFP at the top of the proposal.
  • An RFP should contain a start date and deadline date for submissions.
  • An RFP should contain sufficient technical details and user stories as required to build a solution adequate to the problem.
  • Voting proceeds as normal expect Committee Members vote on one proposal they feel best implements the solution.
  • The Approved proposal is the one that nets the most votes.
