Funding Process ‐ Company
After a proposal is approved, it enters the Funding Pipeline, which consists of;
- Providing essential information for crafting the legal working agreement and a standard KYC/B process.
- Completing a KYC/B process, including IDVerify online verification service.
- Reviewing and signing a legal working agreement.
- Submitting an invoice.
- Performing a test transaction.
- Paying the invoice.
You will be asked to provide the following information to start the process;
- Legal company name
- Registration number
- Region of company registration
- Address of registration
- Official contact of the person signing the legal agreement;
- Full name
- Title
- Telegram
- The email of the officer who will complete KYB OR previously completed KYB with NEAR Foundation.
- The email address where you want legal notices sent (if different from the primary contact).
Once the funding request is entered, you will receive instructions (via email) on completing the KYC/B process. Questions can be answered in the private Telegram group created when the proposal was submitted.
This process includes an online identity verification service called IDVerify.
Once KYC/B is completed (and verified), you will be sent another email that will take you to our Ironclad portal to review the legal working agreement. If satisfied, you can sign the legal agreement in the portal. You can also request changes or additions. We can provide contact with our legal council for questions or revisions.
Once the legal working agreement is signed, you can submit an invoice to NEAR Foundation Finance. This information will be provided via email or in the private Telegram group. If desired, you can break the remittance into two different types. For example, some could be paid in NEAR and some in USDT.
If you are requesting funds in crypto or stablecoins, you will provide a target blockchain address/wallet ID. NEAR Foundation Finance will perform a test transaction to ensure the target wallet address is accurate.
Once the test transaction is completed, the invoice will be paid.
