chore: revert to pre package split

This PR reverts the main branch back to the state it was in before the package split. During the split we unintentionally broke some import paths, which would be a breaking change. We will work off of the console-mvp feature branch until things stabilize and then merge back to main carefully, with an audit of the import paths for public-facing classes.
