This updates the submission schema so that
samp_nameis required and unique.source_mat_idbecomes not required (and removed from most examples).Additional work will need to happen when a version with this change is brought into the submission portal so that the DH tabs use
samp_nameas the "join key" instead ofsource_mat_id.
