Release MAS v2.0.0-beta.3

In preparation for a final release, we're publishing today v2.0.0-beta.3. As there are no outstanding issues left for the v2.0.0 milestone this beta can be considered a release candidate.

v2.0.0 includes numerous new features and bug fixes over the v1.x series, including breaking API changes. To learn how to update your app please check and contribute to our migration guide.
