This PR replaces Maki in it's entirety with Maki 2.
Maki has been rebuilt with clearer project goals. It's now easier to contribute to, easier to maintain, better looking, and the icons are higher quality.
The only output the Maki project will produce moving forward will be simple single-path SVGs. The project will have strict tests for SVG structure and clear guidelines for how to design these icons. No more tools for exporting PNGs, SDFs, or ArcGIS styles. More details coming in the following weeks.
