This PR replaces Maki in it's entirety with Maki 2.

Maki has been rebuilt with clearer project goals. It's now easier to contribute to, easier to maintain, better looking, and the icons are higher quality.

The only output the Maki project will produce moving forward will be simple single-path SVGs. The project will have strict tests for SVG structure and clear guidelines for how to design these icons. No more tools for exporting PNGs, SDFs, or ArcGIS styles. More details coming in the following weeks.

Before merging:

  • Write new readme
  • Ensure all icons are editable in inkscape @samanpwbb + @natslaughter
  • Complete the Styleguide
  • Finish new Maki website with icon styling/exporting tool
  • Clean up icons @natslaughter
  • Make sure all tests pass @natslaughter
  • Run tests with newer node.js version
  • Finish writing tests
  • Make sure layout.json files are accurate

I think we should switch the main branch of maki to master from mb-pages. Will do that, point this PR at master.
