What steps did you take and what happened:
I ran a normal clusterctl command but nothing was printed to screen. I reran with --logtostderr and it showed me logs, but I think it's on stderr, not stdout.
What did you expect to happen:
I did not expect this to change. Feel free to close if this is the direction we want to head in but I think this is a regression.
