Currently, resetting of preferences is only possible via deletion of the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Prefs\net\sf\jabref or via a command line parameter (java -jar JabRef-2.11.jar --prdef all -n). This should be more convenient.
