Describe the bug
Scrolling to selection does sometimes not work in Apache Annotator Editor.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open an affected document
  2. Click an off-screen annotation from the annotation sidebar to trigger a scroll to the annotation
  3. Nothing happens

Expected behavior
Scrolling should take place.

  • Version and build ID: 32.3
