- Added ability to internally mark recommenders as synchronous. Such recommenders are run immedately after creating an annotation during the very same request such that suggestions appear immediately.

When using the Named Entity Linker, I need to annotated a named entity. However, the suggestions for that named entity do not appear immediately.

After marking the named entity, the suggestions should appear immediately.
