Problem to solve

Back in #4966 (comment), we've added support for having projects for individuals (personal accounts). 🙌

We'd like to default to Projects for both teams and personal accounts, see relevant discussion[1] and relevant code review comments[2][3][4]. However, this is currently slightly impractical as Teams & Projects are behind a feature flag. 🎏

Proposal

Once Teams & Projects are generally available, let's switch the default page to projects for personal accounts.

Now that the feature flag has been removed, we can fix this issue. I'll give it a go.
