Emmet stucks in infinite loop when trying to expand posa' in CSS #396

When i try to expand some CSS abbeviations (i get posa for example, which should expand to position: absolute) and there is single quote right after cursor, Emmet stucks in infinite loop. Tried it in sublime 3, Atom and Brackets, all three stop responding after pressing tab key.
